More About Us

  • It depends on the treatment and what you're coming in for. Our team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and a medical aesthetician. Every new client starts with a consultation at our clinic on Ossington, so you'll meet with a medical provider first, understand your options, and know exactly who you're seeing before anything happens.

  • Absolutely. If you've connected with someone on the team and want to keep seeing them, just request them when you book. We think those relationships matter, and we're glad when clients want to build one.

  • Four things: honesty and integrity, inclusiveness, safety, and autonomy. In practice that means we'll be straight with you about what's realistic, we'll take the time to actually explain your options, and we won't push a treatment that isn't right for you. We want you to leave feeling like you understand your skin better, not like you just got sold something.

  • Yes, genuinely. Park Medical Aesthetics is LGBTQ+ owned and operated, and inclusiveness is one of our core values. It shapes who we hire, how we communicate, and how we treat every person who walks in. Everyone gets the same care, the same honesty, and the same standard. You're welcome here.

  • That's honestly pretty common, especially if you've never had aesthetic treatments before or had a bad experience somewhere else. The consultation is designed to take the pressure off. There's no obligation to book anything, no hard sell. It's just a conversation about your skin, your goals, and what might actually help. Most people tell us they left feeling relieved.

  • We're at 211 Ossington Ave, just south of Dundas West. And yes, we live here. Park Medical Aesthetics is independently owned, not a chain or a franchise. We built this clinic because we wanted it to exist on this block, and we spend time in this neighborhood the same way our clients do. Catch us at Manita or Union any day of the week.
