Cancellation & No-show

As a courtesy to our other clients, we maintain a $135 cancellation fee for missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 48 [updated from 24 on Dec 1, 2024] hours notice. Please remember to cancel through your client portal or by calling the clinic. We cannot accept cancellations through Instagram or other social media channels, as they are not monitored as closely as phone and email.

Late Arrivals

To ensure that every client receives the full attention they deserve, we operate on a precise, appointment-based schedule. Our providers’ time, as well as that of our clients, is highly valued and essential to the smooth running of the clinic. We understand that unexpected delays can occur; if you anticipate being late for your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible by phone at 437-915-9219 or email hello@parkmedicalaesthetics.com. We cannot accept late notices through Instagram or other social media channels, as they are not monitored as closely as phone and email.

Arriving more than a few minutes late might mean that we’re unable to accommodate your appointment, and in such cases it will be necessary to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee will apply. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients and staff.

Tipping

Tipping isn't necessary or expected, but if you do wish to tip following a skin treatment, our providers* can accept cash. If you have cash, write their name on an envelope at the front desk and slide the cash in. Drop the envelope in the bowl and we’ll make sure the tip gets to them!

*we cannot accept tips (cash or card) on injectables or other treatments provided by doctors or nurses.

Client Behaviour & Conduct

The Park team will not tolerate verbal or physically abusive behaviour from clients. If, in Park’s sole discretion, a client is unable to control their behavior, resulting in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, or if any conduct damages Park property or equipment, the client will be asked to leave the clinic. In such a case, no refunds or discounts will be granted.

Dogs & kids

At Park, we share a deep love and affection for dogs and understand that they’re cherished members of your family. However, due to the medical nature of our services and the need to maintain a clean, calm environment for all our clients, we cannot allow pets in the clinic.

While we prefer children to remain at home during your appointment, we do allow them in the clinic if necessary, provided they do not disrupt the provider's ability to provide safe, efficient and high-quality care. Children must be supervised at all times in the clinic for their safety and the consideration of all our clients.

Product Orders

We cannot process product orders over the phone. Product orders can be placed online for pick-up or delivery to your door by visiting shop.parkmedicalaesthetics.com.
