In delicate areas such as the tear trough, we may use a cannula technique for Redensity® 1 instead. This approach reduces the number of entry points, supports conservative placement in fragile tissue, and prioritizes safety over speed.

After a Teoxane Redensity® 1 treatment, most people will have redness and visible bumps that’ll last up to 48 hours. On some folks they’ll go away quicker, but we don’t recommend you schedule this treatment immediately ahead of any major events or engagements where you want your skin to look flawless. Some clients will experience a mild burning sensation immediately following the treatment.
You may experience minor bruising and swelling, which typically resolve within a few days. It’s important to avoid touching the treated area, applying makeup, and engaging in vigorous activities for the rest of the day.
More significant bruising, though rare, can last up to a week. To ensure optimal results, follow your practitioner’s aftercare instructions, which may include avoiding sun exposure, using SPF, and refraining from exfoliation or peels for at least a few days.
