Shipping Policy - Park Medical Aesthetics

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Tuesday–Saturday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day. Please note: processing time does not include delivery time.

During busier periods, processing times may be longer. Delivery times will depend on your location, and all shipping time frames are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship across Canada with tracked delivery. Free in-clinic pick-up is also available. Just select it at checkout.

DELIVERY

Once your order leaves our clinic, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to provide shipment details to support your claim, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered.

We also cannot issue refunds for unsuccessful deliveries due to address errors, missing information, or last-minute changes provided after an order is placed. If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it at the purchaser’s expense.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve it.
