Dermal filler is a gel-like substance, usually made from hyaluronic acid, that is injected into the skin to restore volume, smooth lines, and enhance features.

We most commonly treat the cheeks, under eyes, lips, jawline, chin, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. We can also restore volume to the hands and earlobes.
At Park, we do not treat the nose (liquid rhinoplasty), glabella (frown lines), or forehead wrinkles with filler, as these areas carry a higher risk of complication.

Like any medical procedure, dermal fillers carry some risk including the rare but serious possibility of interrupting blood flow if filler enters a blood vessel. This can lead to complications such as tissue damage or in very rare cases vision loss.
At Park, all injections are performed by licensed physicians and nurses with advanced training in facial anatomy and complication management. Your safety is our highest priority and we are prepared to intervene immediately if anything does not go as planned.

Yes. Our injectors are skilled in cannula techniques and use cannulas wherever appropriate. Cannulas are often associated with less bruising, swelling, and discomfort, and can reduce the risk of vascular injury compared to needles. That said, every face and treatment plan is different.
