Dermal filler

Dermal filler is a non-surgical treatment that adds volume, defines features, and enhances facial structure. Made from hyaluronic acid, a molecule your body naturally produces, filler adds volume and structure to areas like the cheeks, lips, under-eyes, jawline, and more.

Whether you’re after a soft refresh or something more sculpted, filler can enhance your features while keeping your look completely you.

  • To start, most clients need 1-2 sessions to reach their desired result.

To maintain, we recommend touch-ups every 6 to 12 months, depending on the treatment area, the product used, and your metabolism.

At Park, we believe in keeping your results as natural and balanced as possible. That may include periodically dissolving old filler to refresh your look and ensure everything ages harmoniously with your face.

  • Cheeks to restore volume and lift the mid-face.

Under-eyes to minimize the appearance of hollowness or tiredness.

Jawline & chin to enhance definition and facial structure.

Nasolabial folds & marionette lines to soften deep creases.

Hands to restore volume and reduce signs of aging.

Earlobes to plump and smooth areas that may appear thin or deflated over time.

How dermal filler works for you

Ideal for

volume loss, facial balancing, contouring, deeper line and wrinkles, and feature enhancement.

Doesn’t treat

skin laxity, scarring, acne, or muscle-related concerns.

Volume restoration

As we age, we naturally lose fat and collagen in the face. Filler restores volume in key areas, like the cheeks, temples, and under-eyes, to bring back a refreshed, youthful look.

Facial contouring

Filler isn’t just for plumping. Strategic placement along the jawline, chin, and cheekbones can add definition and symmetry to your profile without surgery.

Wrinkle and fold softening

Filler can smooth deeper lines and folds, especially around the mouth like nasolabial folds and marionette lines, helping to restore a softer, more rested appearance.

What to expect

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dermal filler is a gel-like substance, usually made from hyaluronic acid, that is injected into the skin to restore volume, smooth lines, and enhance features.

  • We most commonly treat the cheeks, under eyes, lips, jawline, chin, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. We can also restore volume to the hands and earlobes.

At Park, we do not treat the nose (liquid rhinoplasty), glabella (frown lines), or forehead wrinkles with filler, as these areas carry a higher risk of complication.

  • Like any medical procedure, dermal fillers carry some risk including the rare but serious possibility of interrupting blood flow if filler enters a blood vessel. This can lead to complications such as tissue damage or in very rare cases vision loss.

At Park, all injections are performed by licensed physicians and nurses with advanced training in facial anatomy and complication management. Your safety is our highest priority and we are prepared to intervene immediately if anything does not go as planned.

  • Absolutely. Our goal is always to enhance your features, not change them. We use advanced techniques to ensure your results are subtle, balanced, and tailored to you.

  • Discomfort is minimal. We use topical numbing agents and our fillers contain lidocaine to ease any sensation during the procedure.

  • Results typically last 6 to 18 months, depending on the area treated and your metabolism.

  • Hyaluronic acid filler is reversible. If needed, we can dissolve the product using an enzyme called hyaluronidase.
