WHO WE ARE
Park Medical Aesthetics is an experienced, physician-led team providing skin treatments and injectables. We offer competent, kind, and sensitive assessments and treatments to ensure clients feel refreshed, healthy, and confident. We pride ourselves on serving all people, regardless of gender, age, facial structure, or skin tone.
Park is currently seeking a part time guest experience associate to greet and welcome clients to the clinic, perform administrative tasks and support day to day operations.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re reliable, responsible, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
You are passionate about people and excited to be a part of a growing medical aesthetics practice.
You have strong working knowledge of iOS, Google Docs and Zenoti or are able to learn these platforms.
You have experience working in similar client facing roles and are committed to creating a welcoming, personalised experience for every client.
You are comfortable recommending and selling skin care products and are keen to keep up with the latest trends in the industry.
You are interested in medical aesthetics and are willing to learn about the treatments offered so you can recommend them to clients and answer basic questions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Greet and welcome clients to the clinic as they arrive for their services.
Perform opening and closing clinic duties including basic general cleaning and tidying, maintaining the retail area and disposing of safely contained medical waste and sharps.
Answer and return phone calls and emails as well as other daily administrative tasks.
Book client services and check clients in and out from their appointments.
Reach out to clients by phone and email to offer services, celebrate birthdays and holidays, inform of specials and offers and updates on available treatments.
Perform client retention tasks including reaching out to clients who are due for treatments.
Sell skin care and recommend treatments to get clients the best results.
REQUIREMENTS
A background in customer service, preference given to candidates that have experience with medical aesthetics but we are open to any applicants that have experience in customer facing roles.
An ideal applicant will be familiar with WHMIS and AODA or is able to complete online training.
Familiar with Zenoti, iOS, and GSuite or able to learn these platforms.
Comfortable working in a medical environment, able to exercise discretion and remain sensitive to client privacy, able to safely dispose of contained medical waste and sharps.
A background with retail or sales and confidence selling products and services.

Compensation is $20/hr plus commission on sales.
