WHO WE ARE
Park Medical Aesthetics is an experienced, physician-led team providing skin treatments and injectables. We offer competent, kind, and sensitive assessments and treatments to ensure clients feel refreshed, healthy, and confident. We pride ourselves on serving all people, regardless of gender, age, facial structure, or skin tone.
Park is currently seeking a RN or RPN to perform aesthetic treatments and injections and support day to day operations of the practice.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an RN or RPN formally trained and certified through a recognized aesthetics program with minimum one year experience performing aesthetic treatments.
You are passionate about people and excited to be a part of a growing medical aesthetics team.
You are committed to creating a welcoming, personalised experience for every client by assessing their needs, providing treatment recommendations tailored to the individual.
You have a background in sales and have demonstrated skill in selling skin care products and treatments and working with the clients and medical directors to create treatment plans.
You are eager to keep up with the latest industry trends and protocols and collaborate and share knowledge with other members of the practice.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct holistic consultations to learn patients’ skin concerns and issues, and recommend treatments, products, and programs based on individual needs.
Perform treatments including neuromodulator, hyaluronic acid filler, fat dissolving injections, as well as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and IPL. We are open to providing training and mentorship for services that are unfamiliar to a successful candidate.
Occasionally may be called upon to perform opening and closing clinic duties including basic general cleaning and tidying, maintaining the retail area and disposing of safely contained medical waste and sharps.
REQUIREMENTS
One year or more of experience with aesthetic injections is required, including familiarity with filler injection using cannulas.
Experience with microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and/or IPL is an asset.
Comfort and confidence selling skincare and services to clients.
Outgoing personality with a drive for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong communication skills and ability to counsel patients about their treatments both independently and in collaboration with other members of the practice.
Proof of and commitment to maintain valid professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation: 15% commission on all services and skin care sales.
