Who we are
Park Medical Aesthetics is an independent, physician-led team specializing in advanced skin treatments and injectables. We empower clients through honest education, personalized insights, and tailored skin regimens. Our laid-back yet professional environment encourages individuality while providing the support of skilled medical professionals.
Park is currently seeking an experienced RN or RPN to perform aesthetic treatments and injections to work as an independent contractor. This is a role for someone who already works independently, not a mentorship position.
Who you are
RN or RPN with formal training and certification through a recognized aesthetics program.
Minimum of two years injecting regularly in an aesthetics clinic or similar, with neuromodulator and filler as established, everyday skills.
Passionate about people and dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences as part of a dynamic team.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of care and precision.
Committed to creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every client by assessing their needs, providing treatment recommendations tailored to the individual.
Experienced in recommending clinical-grade skincare, and in building treatment plans alongside clients and a medical director.
Eager to stay updated with industry advancements and continuously improving skills as the field moves.
What you will do
Conduct consultations to learn patients’ skin concerns and issues, and recommend treatments, products, and programs based on individual needs.
Perform treatments including neuromodulator, hyaluronic acid filler, fat dissolving injections, as well as microneedling, PRP, skin boosters and others. For the right candidate, we can discuss providing some training for services that are unfamiliar.
Occasionally may be called upon to assist in the day-to-day functions of the practice like disposing of safely contained medical waste and sharps.
Build strong relationships with Park clients.
Requirements
Injectables: Confident, independent experience with neuromodulators and hyaluronic acid filler, including cannula technique.
Range of treatments: hands-on experience with microneedling, PRP and skin boosters. Radiofrequency and IPL experience are strong assets.
Two or more years of performing injectable treatments regularly in a clinic setting.
Experience recommending and selling clinical-grade skincare. Direct experience with ZO Skin Health, Colorescience, SkinCeuticals or skinbetter science matters.
Comfortable with, or quick to pick up the tools we run on; Zenoti, GSuite, and Slack.
Able to confidently counsel clients about their treatments and concerns.
Insurance: Proof of and commitment to maintain valid professional malpractice insurance.
Location and schedule
Park is located on Ossington Avenue in Toronto. Shifts are in-clinic and will be during clinic hours (roughly between 10am-7pm), including some evenings and occasional Saturdays.
What we offer
Commission on all services and skin care sales.
On-site medical direction.
Discounts on products and a monthly treatment allowance to help you stay on top of your own skincare goals.
A warm, supportive and small team environment.
Ongoing professional development: training on new treatments, regular skincare refreshers, access to industry conferences.
To be considered
We’re excited to hear from you! Please submit your resume to Adam at admin@parkmedicalaesthetics.com, with “Nurse Injector application” as the subject of your email. In your email, include a few lines about your hands-on experience: how long you’ve been injecting independently, which of the treatments listed you’re most confident performing on your own, and which skincare lines you’ve worked with in the past. Emails that don’t speak to this won’t move forward.
