Inside Nourish: A Toronto Evening of Skincare, Wellness, and Soulful Conversation

Last month, we brought together Park Medical Aesthetics clients, their friends, and the With Strangers community for a very special event on Toronto’s west end. Hosted in a dreamy loft just off Dovercourt, Nourish was an evening to explore wellness and skin health through the lens of confidence, care, and connection, a reflection of what we value at Park Medical.

Not your average skincare event

A collaboration between Park Medical Aesthetics on Ossington and Jess Janz of With Strangers, Nourish welcomed 40+ thoughtful guests into a space designed for real conversation, not small talk.

From the moment guests arrived, they were invited to slow down, be present, and connect. Everyone received a curated question card to help spark meaningful conversations with people they hadn’t met yet, but were meant to.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Park event without skincare. Some of our most sought-after clinical products were passed around the room, inviting questions, curiosity, and a little glow.

Bites & sips

From the food on your plate to the way you care for your skin, nourishment is about giving your body what it needs to thrive. Guests enjoyed a stunning spread of skin-supportive bites by Toronto chef Jen Nickle, known for her work with high-performance athletes and her belief that food should feel good and do good.

Cocktails flowed, especially the sangria of our dreams, graciously provided by Darling Beverages.

The Nourish panel: honest conversations with Toronto wellness leaders

Facilitated by Jess Janz, the evening featured a live panel with four of Toronto’s most insightful voices in medicine, movement, and mental health. Their conversation offered a wide-angle view of what it really means to care for yourself, inside and out.

Meet the panelists

  • “In both aesthetics and my work in transgender care, I focus on helping bring into alignment who you are on the inside with what you see in the mirror. For me, it’s about nourishing a sense of self-confidence.”

  • “I spend a lot of time with my patients talking about how to get out of the way of the body’s natural ability to heal and regenerate. If something in your environment isn’t serving you, how can we remove it so the body can do what it’s meant to do: nourish itself?”

  • “For my clients, it’s about understanding that food, movement, rest, and community are all tools to fuel your life. These aren’t things to feel guilty about—they’re ways to pour into yourself and feel good.”

  • “I help people find nourishment through mental and emotional well-being. A big part of that is becoming conscious: of your patterns, trauma, relationships. Because once you’re conscious of something, you have choice.”

A few extras (because we love a surprise)

We ended the night with gift bags curated by Park and giveaways including a microneedling package, a teeth whitening treatment, and luxe sets from SkinCeuticals and ZO Skin Health. And of course, every guest went home with a curated gift bag.
