Park Medical Aesthetics – Memberships Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and management of memberships (“Memberships”) offered by Park Medical Aesthetics (“Clinic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using a Membership, the client (“Member” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Memberships are designed to provide ongoing value through exclusive benefits, savings, and access to select services. Memberships are available to individuals aged 18 and over.

2.1 Payment Options
- Memberships may be paid upfront or monthly, depending on the membership type. Monthly memberships are paid through automatic billing, subject to a minimum six-month commitment as outlined in the Membership description at the time of purchase. Monthly payment options are not available for memberships that require upfront payment.
2.2 Automatic Billing
- For monthly memberships, payment will be automatically charged to the payment method on file each month on the date of original purchase.
2.3 Payment Failure
- If a payment fails or is declined, Park Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend access to membership benefits until payment is received. If a payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, the Membership may be cancelled, and services rendered will be billed at their regular, non-member rates.

3.1 Nature of Benefits
- Membership benefits include the specific services, discounts, and perks described in the membership package purchased.
3.2 Non-Transferability
- Membership benefits are non-transferrable and may only be redeemed by the Member whose name appears on the account.
3.3 Substitutions and Exchanges
- Membership benefits cannot be replaced or exchanged for alternative treatments, services, products, credits, or cash.

4.1 Refund Policy
- Memberships are non-refundable once any benefit has been redeemed.
4.2 Cancellation
- Members may cancel a monthly membership after the minimum six-month commitment period by providing at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- If a membership is cancelled before completion of the six-month commitment, or at any time after redemption of benefits:
  - If the value of total redemptions exceeds the pro-rated payments made to date,
    the Clinic reserves the right to charge individually for the services or products redeemed beyond the paid value.
  - Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.
4.3 Refund for Upfront Payment
- For memberships paid in full, refunds are not permitted after any portion of the membership has been used or redeemed.

5.1 Scheduling
- Members are responsible for scheduling appointments within the membership term. Appointment availability may vary based on provider schedules.
5.2 Lapsed Membership
- Unused membership benefits expire at the end of the membership term and will not roll over or be credited toward future services.
5.3 Changes to Services
- The Clinic reserves the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue specific services or products included in memberships with reasonable notice. Substitutions will not be made for discontinued services.

Park Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if:
- The Member engages in inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior;
- The Member fails to comply with clinic policies or payment obligations; or
- The Clinic, at its discretion, determines continuation of the membership is not in the best interest of either party.

All treatments are subject to medical assessment and approval by a qualified provider. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or contraindicated. In such cases, the unused portion of a treatment may be credited toward an alternative within the same membership plan only if medically appropriate.

Park Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be made available at www.parkmedicalaesthetics.com, and continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of any updates.
