Park Medical Aesthetics – Package Terms and Conditions

1. Definition of Packages

• A “Package” refers to a prepaid bundle of treatments or services sold together at a preferred rate. Packages may include medical aesthetic treatments, skincare services, or similar offerings provided by Park Medical Aesthetics.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• Full Payment: Packages may be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Payment Plans:

• If a Package is purchased on a payment plan, payments will be automatically charged on the date of purchase and every 28 days thereafter until the Package is paid in full.

• The payment plan typically consists of three (3) equal payments, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Payments occur on the set schedule regardless of when Package benefits are redeemed.

• Payments are not tied to appointment dates or service usage.

• A minimum proportionate payment must be completed before any portion of a Package may be redeemed. The value of treatments used cannot exceed the amount paid toward the Package at the time of service.

• You authorize Park Medical Aesthetics to automatically process payments using the card or method provided at the time of purchase.

• Failure to Complete Payment: Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of booking privileges until the balance is paid.

3. REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

• Refunds:

  • Packages are non-refundable once any portion of the Package has been redeemed.

  • If no treatments have been redeemed, refund requests will be evaluated at the Clinic’s discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. Refunds will not be available greater than 120 days following purchase.

• Transfers:

  • Package benefits are non-transferrable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

• Non-Exchangeable:

  • Package benefits cannot be exchanged or converted for alternative treatments, services, products, credits, or cash.

4. EXPIRY

• All Packages expire twelve (12) months from the first redemption, regardless of the number of remaining treatments or services at that time. Expired benefits are forfeited and will not be extended or credited.

5. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

• Appointment scheduling is subject to availability.

• All appointment cancellations and rescheduling must comply with the Clinic’s general cancellation policy. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fees.

• The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to staffing, medical, or operational reasons.

6. MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY

• All treatments included in a Package are subject to medical eligibility as determined by a qualified clinician at Park Medical Aesthetics.

• If a treatment within the Package is deemed medically inappropriate for the client at the time of service, the unused value cannot be refunded but may be converted to clinic credit or transferred to an eligible recipient at the discretion of the Clinic.

7. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

• Package pricing and inclusions are valid only at the time of purchase.

• Promotional pricing cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

• Packages purchased during promotions remain subject to these Terms and Conditions.

8. LIABILITY & RISK

• Clients acknowledge that all medical aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, which are discussed during consultation and documented in the consent form for each procedure.

• The Clinic and its providers shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions or from undisclosed medical information.

9. AMENDMENTS

• Park Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your Package.

10. ACCEPTANCE

• By purchasing a Package, whether in person, online, or by phone, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
